#20: Good never ends

Mevan was born ( او به دنیا آمد ) in a country with beautiful mountains all around them. But when she was 5-years-old, her family had to leave because of war. They lived 5 years in a refugee camp.

One day a camp worker wanted to do something kind ( یک هدیه مهربان ). He gave Mevan a new, red bicycle. She said when she got the bicycle “My heart burst with joy (از شادی ترکیدن). I felt (حس کردن) so special ( ویژه ). I didn't know why I was worthy (شایسته) of the gift.” Her whole life the bicycle gave Mervan a feeling of her self-worth ( ارزش خود ) that she never
lost ( از دست دادن ).
     Mevan is now 29 and lives in England. One day she had an amazing ( حیرت انگیز ) idea. Could she find the kind man (مرد مهربان) who gave her the bicycle after 24 years
( بعد از 24 سال )? She didn't know his name. Using social media, she posted a photo of herself with the man and the bicycle. Three days later, the man saw the photo on the internet. They were able to meet again
( برای ملاقات دوباره )! The man's name is Egbert. He said he was very proud of ( بسیار مفتخر به ) Mervan. She had become a strong woman ( زن قوی). He said that was his wish (یک آرزو) for her when she was little.
     Mevan said, “The kindness Egbert gave me continues to shape ( به شکل خود ادامه می دهد ) my life. I now know that kindness changes the world ( مهربانی دنیا را تغییر می دهد ).”
